The online event will feature new video content posted every night at 7 pm, including a mini-parade, lighting ceremony, musical performances, storytime, and more. Light up Lakewood begins on December 12, 2020, and ends on December 20, 2020.
The holidays in Cleveland wouldn’t be the same without TSO. The well-known holiday orchestra has played in Cleveland every year since 1999. Instead, members of TSO's east and west bands will unite for an exceptional virtual performance of the group's 1996 debut album "Christmas Eve and Other Stories." The concert will be held on December 18 at 8 pm.
The zoo's holiday lights spectacular features over one million individual lights. The lights display four lands: Candyland, Enchanted Forest, Conservation Trail & Santa's Workshop. There are also carousel rides, costumed characters, model train displays, ice carvers, live music, a dazzling light show with a 50-foot tree, and photos with Santa. The display is open to the public until January 3, 20221, and offers a walk-through or drive-through option. Visit the Wild Winter Lights at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo website for more details.
