  Buying a new home?    Before starting this process, there are several steps you should take before jumping right into the process. One of those steps is considering a title search. A title search, also called a property search, is a process of retrieving document evidencing events that determine interests and regulations concerning that property.    What could go wrong if you don’t have this search done?   An alarming statistic released by the American Land Title Association suggests that nearly 30% of Realtors or their clients have been victims of some type of wire fraud. These scams often take millions of dollars from unsuspecting consumers each and every year.    It has turned into a growing problem. Understanding the risks, however, enables you to combat threats such as wire fraud.   The process of diligence also allows clients and real estate agents to save millions and not fear wire fraud or related scams and safely conduct property transactions.   So, what do you look for? How do you protect yourself?   Wire Fraud occurs when hackers commit to compromising an individual’s email account.   Did you know there are hundreds of miles of hiking trails across the more than 23,000 acres of the Cleveland Metroparks?   Every reservation has a variety of vistas and terrains. The temperate climate and small rugged hills beckon to those who have a thirst for nature. A hike enjoyed in one of Ohio’s many state parks or nature preserves is sure to awaken the senses and leave you begging for more.    One of the largest Metroparks in the state is Mill Creek Park. There are actually fourteen hiking trails in the park, all of which are worthy of a good hike. However, the best hikes are two specific trails: East Gorge Walk and West Gorge Trail.   The Lake Trail is one of the best, especially during Fall!
